The Professional On-Vehicle DPF Cleaning Solution
AshX is a professional 2-stage diesel particulate filter cleaning system designed to target soot, carbon and ash deposits, helping support DPF performance without costly filter removal.
Used by workshops and technicians, AshX is designed to provide effective on-vehicle DPF cleaning.
🔧 What's Included
✅ Stage 1 – Active Cleaner (4L)
Breaks down soot, carbon and helps loosen ash deposits.
✅ Stage 2 – Flush & Mobiliser (4L)
Helps flush loosened contamination from the DPF during the cleaning process.
⚡ Key Benefits
✔ Helps support exhaust gas flow
✔ Helps reduce DPF restriction and back pressure
✔ Safe for on-vehicle use
✔ No dismantling required
✔ Suitable for all diesel vehicles
✔ Leaves no harmful residues
🔥 STAGE 1 – ACTIVE CLEANING (BREAKS DOWN SOOT & PREPARES ASH MOBILISATION)
What it does
Stage 1 breaks down carbon, soot and oil-based contamination while beginning to loosen ash deposits within the DPF.
How it works
This stage penetrates the DPF structure and helps weaken the bond between contamination and the filter walls.
It softens heavy deposits and helps loosen contamination that can trap non-combustible ash within the honeycomb.
Rather than only cleaning the surface, it prepares the filter for the second stage of the cleaning process.
Why it matters
Soot is only part of the problem.
Ash gradually accumulates within the filter over time and can contribute to long-term DPF restriction.
Stage 1 begins the process of loosening these deposits.
Workshop Benefits
• Breaks down carbon, soot and oil contamination
• Helps loosen ash deposits within the DPF
• Prepares the system for Stage 2
• Designed to help reduce repeat DPF restriction
💧 STAGE 2 – ASH MOBILISATION & FLOW SUPPORT
What it does
Stage 2 is designed to help mobilise ash deposits and contamination loosened during Stage 1.
How it works
This stage helps keep loosened particles suspended, allowing them to move through the DPF and exit during the cleaning process.
It helps carry contamination through the cleaning process rather than allowing it to remain within the filter.
Why it matters
Ash cannot be burned off during normal regeneration.
As ash accumulates, it can contribute to increasing DPF restriction over time.
Stage 2 supports a more comprehensive DPF cleaning process.
Workshop Benefits
• Designed to help mobilise ash deposits alongside soot contamination
• Helps support exhaust flow and reduce back pressure
• Supports effective regeneration following cleaning
• Designed to support long-term DPF maintenance
⚡ WHY ASHX IS DIFFERENT
Many conventional DPF cleaning products primarily focus on soot.
AshX combines a two-stage cleaning process designed to target soot, carbon and ash deposits during professional on-vehicle DPF cleaning.
AshX System
• Breaks down soot, carbon and contamination
• Professional two-stage cleaning process
• Designed to help mobilise ash deposits during cleaning
• Developed for professional workshop use
🧠 UNDERSTANDING DPF RESTRICTION
Soot can normally be removed during regeneration.
Ash cannot.
Ash is formed from engine oil additives and gradually accumulates within the DPF over time.
As deposits increase, they can contribute to recurring DPF restriction.
AshX is engineered to help address this type of contamination through its two-stage cleaning process.
💼 WORKSHOP ADVANTAGES
• May help reduce repeat DPF cleaning requirements
• Supports a more comprehensive cleaning process
• Consistent professional results
• Supports long-term DPF maintenance
• Designed for professional workshop use
🔧 HOW IT FITS INTO YOUR WORKFLOW
-
Apply Stage 1 → breaks down soot and helps loosen ash deposits.
-
Allow soak time → contamination is loosened.
-
Apply Stage 2 → helps mobilise ash deposits and flush loosened contamination.
-
Run the vehicle / perform regeneration → assists with clearing remaining debris.
Simple process. Professional cleaning made simple.
